Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We accept returns for any reason.
Customers can choose between two return methods. The first option is for customers to contact a logistics company directly and return the item to our warehouse. The second option is for our after-sales customer service team to provide a return label, and a dedicated logistics company will collect the return. However, customers will need to cover the cost of the return label, which ranges from $150 to $200.
To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition as it was received, with tags and all accessories retained, and in the original packaging of the item, you will also need to provide the order number from the time of purchase.
To return an item, please contact our after-sales customer service at service@verpalife.com. Please note that returns require contacting customer service for a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances, and may charge additional return fees. For example: If you exceed the 30-day free return period and the product is damaged, we can replace the damaged parts or the entire product within the 1-year free warranty period. If you insist on a refund, we will charge 20% of the product price as a fee for extending the return period. Additionally, we do not accept returns for products damaged due to human error, products without their original packaging, or products without complete return labels. We also do not accept refund requests initiated without prior authorization from our after-sales customer service team.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the replacement you need is to request a return and then purchase the new item separately. This way you can wait for your refund to arrive while the new item is shipped to you.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, with tags and all accessories retained, and in the original packaging of the item, you will also need to provide the order number from the time of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1-Year Warranty for Parts
We provide a 1-year warranty on all parts. If your product has any issues during this period, and you provide valid proof of the defect, we will repair or replace the faulty parts free of charge.
Battery replacement policy
For products that include a battery, if the battery is found to be defective, we promise to replace it free of charge within 6 months from the date of receipt.
Battery replacement conditions: you need to contact our after-sales customer service, and then describe your reason for applying for battery replacement and the battery problem by shooting a video or picture with text. Of course, you also need to provide the order number of the purchased goods.
