We misplaced the charger for my mothers wheelchair. Icontacted you to order a new one. The people there were very helpful and helped me figure out which charger I needed for the wheelchair we had. Once that was done I received it in just a few days. It was the one we needed, we were very happy.

They bend over backwards to make sure the customers are happy with their product.

My wife found the folding electric wheelchair convenient and very easy to operate. The small size is a real plus in tight areas and it is easy to transport in our SUV.

Was sciepticat first and was hoping I didn’t lose my money but, when chair arrived like stated and unbox was exciting and useful, The devil is a liar ijs Yes!

It came right on time and very easily put in back hatch with no need to not be able to use my hatch for other stuff with what the VA would’ve done with a permanent hitch. It’s faster than I thought just don’t know how long it’ll last I mean the wheels and stuff yet but a great start

The YL9000 was heavier than I expected. Ugh. I forgot, I'm old now. Everything is heavier. It is a nice looking chair. Powerful and surprisingly easy to fold up and unfold. Everything to do with it's operation is easy. The only assembly is attaching the controller. You just slide it in a slot on the arm and tighten the ****. I love it.

Unit is very nice for the money, but find it difficult learning to backup.

My lightweight folding wheelchair will give me so many more mobility options. I use a walker at home but can’t go anywhere requiring lengthy walking. For instance, my friends wanted to go to the zoo which was out of the question for me. I can go with them now thanks to my chair. Thank you!
