Battery Warranty Policy

  1. Battery Warranty
    VERPAL offers a six month battery warranty. If you have any problems with your battery during the warranty period, please contact our customer service center for a free replacement, or we can provide you with a link to Amazon to purchase the battery yourself, and VERPAL will reimburse you for the cost of this replacement purchase.

  2. Battery Lifespan
    The average lifespan of our batteries is 12 to 18 months, depending on usage, care, and maintenance. Proper maintenance can significantly extend battery life.

  3. Charging Instructions

    • Always use the charger provided with the device.
    • Fully charge before first use and for subsequent uses.
    • Avoid overcharging; disconnect the charger once fully charged.
  4. Signs of Battery Issues
    Common signs that a battery may be failing include:

    • Noticeably reduced driving range even when fully charged.
    • The electric wheelchair or scooter fails to start or responds.
    • The battery shows signs of swelling, leakage, or odor.
      If you experience any of these issues, please contact customer service immediately.
  5. Proper Storage
    If you need to store the electric wheelchair or scooter for an extended period:

    • Charge the battery to approximately 50%.
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
    • Check the battery status every three months and recharge if necessary.
  6. Recycling and Disposal
    Do not dispose of batteries in regular trash. Please follow local battery recycling guidelines to ensure environmentally safe disposal.
