Purchases from Third-Party Platforms
Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, or other third-party marketplaces include:
1-Year Parts Warranty
Warranty coverage and service policies may vary depending on the platform's terms and conditions.
Battery Warranty
For products that include a battery:
Battery Coverage: 6 Months from the Date of Delivery
If the battery is confirmed to be defective within the warranty period, Verpal will provide a replacement battery free of charge.
To request battery replacement, customers must provide:

-Description of the issue
-Photos or videos showing the defect
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects resulting from:
