This chair is a good value and was very easy to assemble fro the box. I do have a couple of complaints that would make it a great value. The instruction manual is almost useless and need lots moree detailed instructions for operation, etc. I am tall (5'10") and wish the foot rest could be lowered as my knees are way to high when using it.
This chair is all that it states it is. Light weight, easy to handle and load. Also bought a bag to hang on the back and I am disappointed with the back bag, was not up to any real functional use. The chair was a good buy but the bag was a waste of money.

Sometimes it's fixing the problems that sets a company apart. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and found out I had ordered the wrong item.. I tried tracking the shipment with Federal express but was unable to do so. i contacted Verpal customer service and they traced down the item, called it back and gave me a full refund. Thank you Verpal, now I can order the right item.
