This chair has given me back my freedom I now can go places I have not been able to for years. I wish that you would have a site where you could buy accessories for your chair.

This chair is a good value and was very easy to assemble fro the box. I do have a couple of complaints that would make it a great value. The instruction manual is almost useless and need lots moree detailed instructions for operation, etc. I am tall (5'10") and wish the foot rest could be lowered as my knees are way to high when using it.
Love this chair, so easy to get around and I can easily manage to get it in and out of my car. I bought it to go on my cruise and it was so much better than a scooter and fit right in a regular room.
The only issue I have is the controller has a delayed response and it has issue it you are at a stop and can’t to turn left or right it sometimes gets stuck. If the controller was just a little better it would be excellent!
This chair is all that it states it is. Light weight, easy to handle and load. Also bought a bag to hang on the back and I am disappointed with the back bag, was not up to any real functional use. The chair was a good buy but the bag was a waste of money.

So easy and quick to fold when gate checking the chair at the airport. Easy to transport in the rental car.

Sometimes it's fixing the problems that sets a company apart. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and found out I had ordered the wrong item.. I tried tracking the shipment with Federal express but was unable to do so. i contacted Verpal customer service and they traced down the item, called it back and gave me a full refund. Thank you Verpal, now I can order the right item.
Used this on a recent flight and honestly wish I bought it sooner. Easy to carry, easy to inflate, and made sitting for hours way more comfortable.
Picked this up for my office chair because my lower back and hips were starting to bother me after sitting all day. Been using it for a couple weeks now and I definitely notice the difference. Comfortable without feeling too soft.
