Verpal has recently received reports from customers regarding suspicious phone calls from individuals claiming to represent Verpal.
According to customer reports, these callers may:

Claim that an ordered item is out of stock;

Offer a free product upgrade;

Request that customers cancel an existing order;

Encourage payment through non-official channels such as Zelle or PayPal.
Verpal is currently reviewing the reported information and continuing to monitor the situation.

To help protect our customers, please note the following:

Verpal will not call customers to request order cancellations
Verpal does not contact customers by phone to request order cancellations, reorders, or payment-method changes.

Verpal will never request payment through personal accounts
Verpal does not accept order payments through personal Zelle accounts, personal PayPal accounts, or other unofficial payment channels.

All order services are handled through official channels only
Order updates, refunds, after-sales support, and order modifications are processed only through:
