Unit is very nice for the money, but find it difficult learning to backup.

Much more comfortable and better built than the Culver chair it’s replacing. Just wish it was a little lighter.

I have waited a long time to get a motorized wheelchair because the choices were overwhelming. I researched many types. I chose this chair for several reasons: comfortable breathable seat, contoured armrests, airline approved battery, good speed to keep up with walking companions, easy fold, lightweight, fits easily in the car, a d long battery life. I am very happy with its maneuverability and stability. The suspension absorbs bumps and uneven surfaces very well. Most importantly it was a fraction of the cost of other chairs without sacrificing any important features. I wish I bought it sooner.

Love the wheelchair, was not impressed with your customer service person when I called to get help installing the battery as the owners manual was missing from shipment. Asked for him to mail it to me. He gave me link to see video, video was for wrong wheel chair. Not impressed with service!!!.

There is a lot of power in this little chair. The arms are super strong and support my entire weight when I get in or have to get out as my legs have little to no power. Today I took this chair across my backyard and it didn't lose any power at all. Very comfortable as well.
I would Also like to mention that the customer service is superb! Originally I bought another chair and it was much too heavy. Although I had to pay return shipping, they were great about issuing a label for me to return and my refund was issued within one day of them receiving the chair back. The company is wonderful to do business with. Love my new chair.
