Verpal Wireless Charging and LCD Display Electric Wheelchair DC01

This chair is super nice, fairly light weight, and super good looking. It has many great features. My only complaints are two.
First is the front wheel assembly. The front feel as if they will collapse when going over a house threshold, a 1 1/2" door jam. I purchased the chair for my sister and she is used to those 4 wheel scooters. Those scooters will go out of the door without any issues. The first time my sister tried to go through the door threshold she nearly fell foreword out of the chair. I was watching and it looked as if the front wheel assembly almost folded up underneath the chair, not good. If the environment you will be using this chair is smooth and flat you should have no issues. When using this chair if you come across a small bump you will need to literally push up on the front of the chair with your feet and go slowly over the bump.
Second is the controller. The chair responds to the joystick controller with much lag and not very precisely, making precise steering tricky. If you guys figure out these two issues this will be a fantastic chair.
