So far just by how the mobilities scooter appears nice. its nice run smooth however for the weight capacity for this particular seat is small. I weigh 225 about 5’5” and I have more cushion and hips. The seat is too small not wide enough nor high from the back(lumbar) and also uncomfortable. I did send a message to the chat option here in regards to the seat. I have not heard back. I do plan to take a trip on Monday 5/26/2025, which would be to Disneyland. I will fully charge the battery. Hopefully it will last about 6 to 8 hours as this is mentioned on the “read more” section of this mobility scooter.
Lastly, I do suffer for many years of chronic back pain with a surgery about eight years old,I did bite the bullet and purchase a mobility scooter since I have rented them in the past at Disneyland parks I feel that it is a waste of $80-$90 when I could purchase my own I’m really hoping that this mobility scooter does the job but as of right now, I’m very disappointed in the seat

My friend is never home now… battery lasts it feels stable, quicker than expected and comfortable too. Nice to see my friend have his independence back!!
It has dual mirrors, led headlamp, directionals and was easy to put together.. he feels safe on it and is average size for a 175 lb man.

Can no longer walk, totally dependenton on scooter.Old one was in need of time worn repairs.I ordered a new one which I am very pleased with. My wife assembled it with no problems. I am writing about shipping and sellers 8 day delivery
Several delivery dates, finally being told to call back if not received by July 15 th. I was plesantly surprised when it came on July 14 th. 8 days after original order. I Imagine the money was available at once to the seller and shipper with regrettably unpleasant, conservation.The scooter could be longer 4star, with everything else being a solid 5 star.

what I dislike is the manual written instructions for the mobility scooter. The instructions were poorly written and the picture illustrations were poorly demonstrated. No contact phone number was provided. I would not recommend the seller.
